Main Peninsula between Paloma Lake and Azul Lake
The peninsula is the location of our main lodge, with most of the mountain-bike trail network winding through the hills around it. The lakes on both sides and the short connecting river provide outstanding fishing. The peninsula and surrounding areas are also often visited by the mystic huemul, a small, rarely-seen species of native deer that is critically endangered. The park adjoining the lodge is simply breathtaking. The milky, glacial waters of the Rio Turbio flow directly from the Cerro Castillo mountain range and cross the main peninsula by way of a striking rocky canyon.
